What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Sure-Dry LLC?

Our crews install everything from basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products, to piering and concrete lifting. We are looking for a Foreman to oversee their crew and each production job to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Communicates tasks and other messages to their team before, during, and after each job.
- Motivates, encourages, and recognizes their team.
- Performs high-quality installations, moving job progress to an on-time completion.
- Meets and exceeds key performance indicators established by the company.
- Unloads and cleans the trucks upon return to the company safely, correctly, and efficiently with your team.
- Communicates with the customer throughout the project using the company’s customer messaging.
- Represents the company in a professional manner, including wearing approved company apparel.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 years of experience in the construction trades preferred.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
- A valid driver’s license preferred (and/or CDL), safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
