Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities within the technology sales landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at expanding our customer base.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, demonstrating knowledge of our offerings and addressing their needs.
- If applicable, leverage Spanish language skills to connect with a broader audience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales, preferably within a technical or technology-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
