Our in-depth training program equips you with state-of-the-art lead generation and conversion methodologies. You'll develop expertise in maximizing live tour requests and expanding your business effectively. Our proven system enables agents to achieve 2-3 closed transactions per month within their first 90 days, supported by our premium leads and industry-leading resources.
We maintain exceptional standards with our onboarding and training experience. Your initial 5-day training covers advanced lead conversion strategies, professional consultations, and contract mastery. Our objective? To help you begin showing properties and securing deals with unprecedented efficiency.
What we're seeking in our agents :
- A minimum of one year of full-time real estate experience OR past experience in commission based sales role
- Genuine enthusiasm for guiding clients through real estate transactions
- Current real estate license in good standing
- Proficiency in creating purchase and listing agreements
- Advanced skills in property evaluation and market analysis
- Dedication to maintaining consistent client communication
- Commitment to utilizing CRM systems effectively, including Zillow platform integration

Must live within 30 minutes of Baltimore City (Canton neighborhood)

Ranges from $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year ~ (100% commission)
