Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a willingness to learn new skills while working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain various landscape features, including hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
• Carry out tree trimming and care to ensure the health and aesthetics of trees on properties.
• Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as weeding, mulching, and watering plants.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, tree care, and hardscape installation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
