Responsibilities:
- Automotive & Residential Lockouts – Provide quick and professional assistance to customers locked out of their vehicles or properties.
- Emergency Services – Respond promptly to urgent lockout situations, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions.
- Customer Service – Offer outstanding customer support, clearly communicating the services being performed and providing security recommendations.
- System Maintenance – Accurately record completed jobs in our client tracking system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior locksmith or technical experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
- Valid driver’s license.
- A reliable personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
- Availability on weekends (either Saturday or Sunday).
