A Front of the House Team Member’s job is fluid and includes the responsibilities of a server, host, food runner, cook, or busser depending on the day of the week and the needs of the business. We operate as a team and pool tips to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and has the best interest of our guests in mind.
Job Description:
Welcome and check in guests and explain the beer wall. Take orders in person and over the phone. Explain venue space areas and take information for the venue space manager as needed. Explain how menu items can be ordered and are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods as needed. Prepare menu items accurately and with appropriate presentation. Deliver food and drink to guests in an accurate, professional and timely manner in both the dining rooms and venue rooms. Maintain and oversee Bullseye Game Lounge. Pre-bus, bus, clean, and reset tables correctly and expediently. Change out kegs and update beer wall screens as needed. Maintain a clean work environment, including the dining area, wait stations, and kitchen, restrooms, and any other areas requested by the manager. Maintain communication and collaboration with all members of the team to ensure friendly, accommodating service in a fast-paced environment. Anticipate the needs of fellow staff and guests, contributing to the overall dining experience.
Job Skills, Requirements and Expectations:
You have a passion for food and hospitality Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required. You are dependable, honest, professional, detail oriented and organized. You work well as part of a team and leave your ego at the door. You have the ability to learn quickly, including memorizing the menu and operating the point of sale system. You are respectful of others, listen well, follow instructions and can communicate well with supervisors and co-workers. You maintain a professional yet relaxed appearance and consistently follow the dress code. You anticipate the needs of fellow team members and guests. You follow the guidelines in the employee manual.
Other Requirements:
You must have reliable transportation, know your schedule, be on time, and be able to work nights, and weekends. Depending on the needs of the business, there may be opportunities for extra hours or flexibility. You must have a willingness to utilize and embrace technology.

Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
