- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet standards and specifications.
- Assist in conducting site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Resource Management:
- Help in coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Assist in managing labor resources, including scheduling and allocation of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
