Job Duties:

• Perform tree care tasks, including trimming, pruning, removal, and cleanup with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and rigging tools.
• Assist with ground support, including brush dragging, chipper feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency on the job.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by encouraging others and leading by example.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
• Self-motivated and reliable, consistently delivering quality work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Highly teachable, eager to learn, and able to apply new skills quickly.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to work and communicate well in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
