What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at SureFire, LLC?
Summary
Produce a variety of collateral to include but limited to brochures, catalogs, packaging, flyers, tradeshow materials. POP/POS materials, print advertising, web graphics, and other marketing related projects in a fast-paced environment. Oversee press checks and pre-press of design collateral. Promote consistent implementation of the SureFire branding standards and related messaging in all projects. Collaborate with other members of the creative team as well as other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
§ Produce a variety of collaterial: manuals, catalogs, flyers, tradeshow materials, POP/POS materials, print advertising, web graphics, multimedia graphic support and other corporate projects as needed.
§ Compose and produce work in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are required.
§ Execute design files from creative team into production. Pré-press ready files.
§ Ensure that all projects follow the required traffic and copy/proofing workflow.
§ interface with outside vendors to acquire quotes and/or information to complete required projects
Education
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Computer Skills
§ Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
§ Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
§ Basic knowledge of Dreamweaver a must.
§ HTML5 scripting is a plus.
