We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Conversion Manager to lead and manage our Data Migration team. This role combines leadership and team development with strategic oversight of data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, project execution, and fostering collaboration within a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development :

Manage and mentor a team of data migration specialists, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to succeed.
Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and identify opportunities for professional growth.

Project Oversight :

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data migration projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align team efforts with business goals and priorities.

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success or team performance.

Resource Management :

Allocate team resources effectively to balance workloads and meet project demands.

Support recruitment efforts to grow the team, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Act as a liaison between the Data Migration team and other departments, fostering clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, project progress, and key challenges.

Process Improvement :

Establish and refine processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data migration function.

Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve team capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience managing technical teams, preferably within data migration, IT, or related fields.

Strong understanding of data migration processes, tools, and methodologies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.

Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with enterprise-level data migration projects preferred.

Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred.

Knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance, and data quality management preferred.

Experience in LegalTech or ERP preferred.
