The Digital Campaign Manager for Data & Insights is an execution-oriented position needed to spearhead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for a strategic, high-growth solution within SurePoint’s growing portfolio of legal technology offerings. The Digital Campaign Manager will lead the execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies that are aligned with company objectives.

The Digital Campaign Manager for Data & Insights is an execution-oriented position needed to spearhead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for a strategic, high-growth solution within SurePoint’s growing portfolio of legal technology offerings. The Digital Campaign Manager will lead the execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies that are aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Connect with relevant market segments through multi-touch email campaigns and automated email drip sequences. Build and maintain strategic database segments in Marketo and work with SurePoint BDRs to build targeted workflows and sequences in Outreach.
- Extend Demand Generation Program Mix: Develop and execute innovative demand generation programs to drive customer acquisition, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates across various marketing channels. Tactics include, but will not be limited to, execution of integrated campaigns, identifying and fostering third-party lead partners, and digital demand generation programs (website, PPC, ABM email marketing, etc.)
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Performance Marketing: Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and other relevant channels to drive demand and engagement.
- Lead Development and Nurturing: Partner with product marketing to create and execute lead development programs, including lead process mapping, nurturing programs, and automated workflows to optimize the marketing and sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with stakeholders in sales to align on program execution plans and performance. Consistently ask for feedback and implement when relevant. Overcommunicate intentions and consistently report on results.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated success in demand generation
- Strong understanding and proven experience executing digital marketing programs
- Experience in B2B software or technology with a strong understanding of the B2B software industry, including B2B SaaS deployment models
- Superb written and oral communications skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to audiences of varying degrees of technical knowledge
- Ability to successfully build relationships, collaborate with and lead projects with geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholder input and tight timelines
- Strong project management skills, excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through
