The Staffing Branch Leader will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including recruitment, sales processes, and team management. This role involves actively recruiting temporary workforces, delegating recruitment tasks to team members, and collaborating closely with sales operational teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage branch staff, including payroll processing, KPI adherence, and disciplinary actions.
- Direct the entire contingent labor hiring process including onboarding, assignment management, invoicing, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and compliance standards.
- Guide and train operations teams and field service offices on systems and processes.
- Respond to emails efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage new accounts.
- Attend client intake meetings to discuss hiring needs and coordinate internal communication.
- Position and recruit talent while supporting overall delivery activities.
