About the Position
We're seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Account Executive to expand our business and develop strategic relationships with new clients. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Managing and analyzing sales performance using our CRM system.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven sales track record and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong drive for results.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and staffing industries.
- Associate degree in sales and marketing or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
