Our Sales Account Executive role involves promoting, selling, and securing new business. Key responsibilities include making inside and outside sales calls, generating new leads, sales visits, sales presentations, soliciting new business, and attaining sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales activities and territory management for maximum impact and profitability.
- Discover and develop new client relationships.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients and current clients.
- Meet assigned sales revenue and gross margin targets.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the recruiting team.
- Utilize company-provided CRM to document sales activities.
Client Service Focus:
- Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Collaborate with clients to guarantee service standards are met.
- Resolve client disputes professionally while upholding our company's values.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales and closing deals.
- Previous experience with B2B sales a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-driven, motivated individual with high energy and perseverance.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client connections.

Pay and Benefits:
- Base salary: $68k-$75k.
