As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and securing new business. This includes making inside and outside sales calls, generating new leads, sales visits, sales presentations, soliciting new business, and attaining sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize sales activities and territory management to achieve maximum penetration and profitability.
- Identify and develop new client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients and current clients.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and gross margin goals.
- Cultivate a working relationship with the recruiting team.
- Utilize company-provided CRM to document sales activities.
Client Service Focus:
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure prompt fulfillment of client orders.
- Collaborate with clients to guarantee service standards are met.
- Professionally resolve client disputes while upholding our company's values.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales and closing deals.
- Previous experience with B2B sales a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- Capacity to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-driven, motivated individual with high energy and perseverance.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client connections.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and the staffing industry or related field.
- Associate degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary: $68k-$75k.
