SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a User Support II / Help Desk for a well known company in Fort Wayne, IN. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $20-$23 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include 1st shift Monday - Friday 8am -5 pm
Responsibilities of the User Support II include :
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Diagnose technical problems with networks, applications, and cloud systems.
- Clearly, communicate the problem solving / support process with end users via a ticketing system.
- Delegate and engage the appropriate resources to ensure issue resolution.
