Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our Hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable to meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, and countertops.
- Conduct thorough residential cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy living environment.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas of commercial properties, such as lobbies and break rooms.
- Assist in floor care maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold cleanliness standards across all facilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous.
- Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for roles that require meal preparation alongside cleaning duties.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
