Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with food and beverages
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with any questions or special requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot/cold food items
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area promptly after service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
