Duties

- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as necessary to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist in cooking or preparing light meals when required in residential settings.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques.
- Experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
