Gope Management in Saint Marys, GA is looking for one front desk agent to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 2710 Osborne Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and screen phone calls

Organize and schedule meetings as needed

Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position

Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents

Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner

Time-management and organizational skills
