What You’ll Do
Demand Generation (70%)
- SEO, SEM, Email Marketing & Campaigns: Unleash the potential of existing tools and strategies to drive inbound leads and customer engagement.
- Conferences & Events: Maximize ROI by aligning event strategies and execution before, during, and after events to drive lead flow and sales pipeline expansion.
- Content Strategy: Shape a balanced mix of TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content that resonates with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- MQL/SQL Measurement & Management: Define, measure, and optimize Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and sales bookings from marketing activities.
Growth Marketing (30%)
- Attribution & Lead Scoring: Formalize processes to measure marketing effectiveness and prioritize high-quality leads.
- Marketing Automation: Evaluate and implement tools to scale marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Campaigns: Collaborate with the CRO and cross-functional teams on quarterly and annual campaigns to achieve revenue goals.
Strategic Initiatives
As a key strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Align marketing efforts with overall revenue goals.
- Streamline Marketing and Sales Processes: Build seamless workflows to maximize pipeline efficiency.
- Lead Quarterly and Annual Cross-Functional Campaigns: Drive initiatives across teams to ensure every effort contributes to lead flow and revenue growth.
- Provide Insights and Data: Share actionable metrics to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee Website Revamp: Transform our website to better serve our ICP and improve conversions.
- Optimize the MQL-to-Win Pipeline: Own and enhance marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline, from MQLs to SQLs to contracted opportunities.
Leadership & Development
- Team Development: Hire, coach, and develop a talented team, expanding their skill sets and empowering them to take on greater responsibilities.
- Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, stepping in to support your team where needed.
- SMB Marketing Expertise: Leverage your experience to navigate the unique challenges of SMB marketing for a high-growth IT Services firm.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading revenue marketing initiatives in high-growth SMB environments for IT Services or IT Product companies.
- Expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and marketing attribution.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, campaign management, and event management.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for expanding, mentoring, and coaching teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
