SureWerx is growing and we are now growing and looking for a talented National Account Manager who will take our growth to the next level with key Industrial National Accounts. This position will report to the Director of National Accounts.
This role is fully remote and the candidates can reside in any large center in the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and / or exceed annual sales budget expectations
- Manage large, national accounts focused in the Industrial, Welding, and Safety channels
- Build and execute business plans designed to drive partnership and lead to share gain within targeted national accounts and their customers
- Manage and prioritize new sales initiatives to increase top line sales and profitability for all SureWerx brands
- Execute conversion and cross sell at large end customers of each National Account
- Develop effective relationships with various levels of leadership at each National Account
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the business including channel strategy, product line reviews, promotional planning, data analytics
- Utilize POS data to identify opportunities and develop solutions at the end user
- Establish strong relations with internal support functions such as Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, etc.
- Required travel : 50%
