We are currently seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our team, driving the growth and development of our safety product lines with a particular focus on arc flash PPE and flame-resistant fabrics. This role will be based in our Elgin, Illinois US Head Office or Dartmouth, Massachusetts but will have a global reach, taking ownership of product development, supplier management, market expansion, and competitive positioning across all markets in which SureWerx operates.The candidate must be open to working at the office a minimum of two days per week and additional days as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead global product management for assigned categories, particularly arc flash PPE and flame-resistant fabrics, including product development, market research, supplier negotiations, and strategy formulation to expand our presence in international markets.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to global launch, ensuring compliance with regional safety standards and regulations, and meeting certification requirements across multiple countries.
• Develop and implement global strategies to grow profitability and market share through innovative product development, strategic pricing, market segmentation, and targeted merchandising.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to establish cohesive product branding, promotional strategies, and positioning tailored to diverse markets and customer needs worldwide.
• Create and deliver comprehensive global training programs for internal teams, distributors, and end-users, ensuring a deep understanding of product benefits, safety features, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze global market trends and competitive landscapes, defining target segments and developing core product messaging that emphasizes superior protection and performance.
• Partner with the graphics and marketing departments to develop packaging, product specifications, and technical content that resonate with international audiences.
• Drive global marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions, new product launches, advertising, and participation in international trade shows to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Serve as a global product expert, supporting customers, sales teams, and distributors with product training, troubleshooting, and certification processes across different regions.
• Provide strategic support for international business development and expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and optimizing product portfolios for each region.
