Position Overview:We're on the hunt for dynamic, driven individuals ready to kickstart their sales career in the renewable energy realm. Join our Solar Rookie Program and, over a transformative 10-week period, be immersed in a comprehensive training regime that will teach you to prospect, pitch, canvass, cold call, close, and build ethical relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Become a part of our lead generation team.
• Work under experienced mentors to set appointments for our seasoned closers.
• Implement the tools and techniques learned during the program to generate leads and close deals.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay: $15 per hour.
• Demo Commission: $75 for every solar demonstration.
• Sales Commission: $250 for every solar sale.
• Tiered Bonus: Hit a target of 8 deals in a month and unlock exciting bonuses.

Earning Potential:Reps who work 25 hours a week, achieve 6 demos, and close 2 sales can expect to earn $6,000 per month on a part-time basis. That's right, six grand for part-time work!

Growth & Advancement:Upon successfully completing the 10-week Solar Rookie Program, candidates will be elevated to the role of Solar Closer, where our average representative earns an impressive $12,000 per month.
