Your primary responsibility will be to assist with bussing tables and ensuring efficient communication between the front of house and kitchen staff. Duties: - Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area - Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests - Communicating effectively with both front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Assisting with food handling tasks, such as carrying trays or plates - Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests or concerns - Assisting with banquet or event setup as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management - Knowledge of basic culinary terminology and food handling practices - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
