Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding seasonal workers for various departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting team in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring seasonal employees.
- Collaborate with local vendors and build relationships within communities to proactively build a pipeline of talent.
- Work closely with housekeeping, linen, pool & spa, and reservations departments to identify staffing needs.
- Update or create new recruiting procedures.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Supervise the office team.
- Evaluate skills and experience of candidates through phone screens and interviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Build a pipeline of candidates using various recruiting tools/sources.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Negotiate contracts with candidates.
- Address employee concerns during the hiring process.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing methods to identify diverse talent pools.
- Proven ability to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Competence in social media management to promote job openings and enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice.
