Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney to join their Banking Litigation Practice Group . This is a hybrid role, providing an opportunity to work both remotely and from one of the firm’s offices in NY , FL , NJ , or PA . This is a non-partnership track position.

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, including drafting motions , handling discovery , taking and defending depositions , and appearing at court hearings.
• Strong knowledge of Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC and experience with consumer protection statutes , including EFTA , FCRA , FDCPA , UDAAP , TILA , and RESPA .
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
