This role involves performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks across multiple sites effectively.
Key Respons ibilities :
- General Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Repairs : Perform repairs on fixtures, equipment, and structural components, such as doors, windows, drywall, and flooring.
- Preventative Maintenance : Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
- Emergency Response : Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and resolve issues effectively.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Inventory Management : Maintain adequate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Recordkeeping : Document maintenance and repair activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative tasks.
