We have a client in NYC that is looking for a Head of Retail to develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales, profitability and market share for a higher end home soft goods brand through their in-store stores and showroom. This person will drive customer experience initiatives and oversee day to day retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and store layout. They will analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to strategy. Our client is working a hybrid work schedule.
