Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm with a nationally recognized Food & Beverage Industry team , is seeking an experienced Counsel to join their Washington, D.C. office . This role focuses on FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, specifically within the food industry.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Washington, D.C.
- Significant experience in FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement , with a strong background in food industry regulations .
- Current or recent experience serving at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is required .
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and regulatory agencies.
