MID-SENIOR PRIVACY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Privacy Litigation team in Atlanta , Chicago , Kansas City , or Los Angeles . This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge privacy litigation matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction .
- 3 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Privacy litigation experience preferred , but not required.
- Proficiency in managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation , including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws provides a strong advantage.
- Prior law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Superb research, writing, and communication skills.
