Beautiful apartment complex in Urbana IL has immediate need for a Property Manager. This position comes with a great starting salary, in addition to commissions on apartments rented, health care, 401k, and a great vacation policy!

Sign on bonus of $3000!!! ($1000 after 3 months, $1000 after 6 months, and $1000 after 9 months of employment)

Property Manager :   The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multifamily or commercial property.

Reports to : This position reports to the Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Property Management or other member of the corporate team as directed.
