Thie firm is seeking an experienced Tax Practice Manager to lead this new area, focusing on client relationships, tax strategy, and efficient practice management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Conduct client consultations, manage onboarding, and provide strategic tax advice.
- Tax Preparation : Oversee individual (1040), trust (1041), partnership (1065), and S-Corp (1120S) filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process Optimizatio n : Standardize workflows, leverage technology to improve processes, and enhance client experience.
- Cross-Trainin g : Provide monthly training for advisory staff on tax strategies and tax law updates.
- Bookkeeping Services : Offer hourly bookkeeping and reconciliation services to support clients’ financial records
