As a Sales Coach with Surf Thru Express Car Wash, you will play a crucial role in developing and guiding our sales team to achieve their goals. Your primary focus will be on fostering a customer-centric approach, enhancing the sales skills of team members, and driving overall performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
This is an onsite role in Selma, CA and requires significant travel, approximately 75%, to coach and train sales associates across various locations. Candidates must be able to commute between sites. Mileage reimbursement is available for work-related travel, along with accommodation for any out-of-area or out-of-state trips.
As part of our Team, your duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs that focus on customer satisfaction and sales proficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales techniques remain competitive.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.
