Sales Representative Duties:

• Run 10-15 pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments per week – No cold calling or door knocking.
• Earn 50% more commission for self-generated business.
• Meet with homeowners to educate them on their roofing options and close deals.
• Drive to pre-set appointments – Your leads are waiting for you.
• Complete an in-depth, 2-week paid training program with our expert sales trainers.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to sharpen your skills and stay ahead.
• Work with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed smoothly post-sale.

Sales Representative Pay:

• Six-Figure Earnings—Just the Starting Point!
• At Surf & Turf Roofing, Windows, and Gutters, hitting six figures isn’t the goal—it’s the baseline. Our top performers routinely earn $150K–$250K per year, with uncapped commissions, huge bonuses, and limitless growth opportunities. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to dominate in sales, expect to make at least $100K—and the sky’s the limit from there.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid driver’s license – This is a mobile sales role.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday – Saturdays are required.
• Coachable, eager to learn & self-motivated – You bring the hustle, we provide the playbook.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills – You know how to close deals.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable using a laptop, tablet, and mobile device.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required – We train the right candidates!

• In-home sales experience.
• One-call close experience.

Sales Representative Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM, 12 PM

Work Location: Training at the Bellmawr Office with appointments on the road around South Central NJ and Eastern PA.
