- Experience of working with your hands, whether thats in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby - being handy
- Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful, but not necessary.
- It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
- The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.
- Attention to detail.

The ideal applicant is someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys fixing / repairing things. Most of our customers are faced with replacing their counter, floor, tub or other hard surface. As a repair tech we repair the damage saving them the hassle and cost of replacement.
