In the Field Daily
- On the jobsite for 4 customers per day
- On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
- Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
- Communicate with support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Qualifications
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
- Experience working with HVLP or no airless paint sprayers is a plus.
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
