This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business working alongside the Director of Operations, Director of Business Development and Owner. Seeking highly organized individual with great communication skills (verbal & written) and loves talking/working with people (co-workers & customers). This position will be office base but will have some flexibility for those times when family/life require it. Most days could/would include planning, scheduling, talking/meeting with coworkers and customers (on and off-site), analyzing data and other business essential duties. Rest assured if you are curious and a self-starter no two days will ever be the same as the position will grow as the employee acquires and masters new skills.

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
