In the role of Hardscape Surface Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality outdoor cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to operate pressure washing equipment effectively.
A valid driver's license is essential for transporting equipment to various job sites. Your ability to work outdoors and engage with clients will be crucial in maintaining the organization's reputation for excellence service. We specialize in pressure washing & sealing all types of exterior surfaces such as concrete, stamped colored concrete, exposed aggregate, brick pavers & natural stone.
Job duties involve exterior power washing & sealing projects at multiple locations daily, operating a pressure washer, loading & unloading job materials such as cleaners, sand & sealers, application of cleaners & sealers, maintaining a high-level of quality work, customer face-to-face interactions, driving company truck & trailer.
Must have the ability to lift & load materials & equipment 75 lbs or more on a daily basis. Must maintain an excellent attitude to create a positive work environment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions like hot weather & rain. Most restoration projects involve flat surfaces, walking on slippery uneven surfaces or occasional use of a step ladder.

Must posses & maintain a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on driving record in past 3 years. No alcohol or drug offenses.
