What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waterproofing Technician position at Surface Restoration Technologies, Inc?
Do you have previous experience pressure washing & sealing hardscape, brick, stone & masonry surfaces?
Do you have previous experience working outdoors at a variety of residential & commercial locations?
We specialize in pressure washing & sealing all types of exterior hardscape surfaces such as concrete, stamped colored concrete, exposed aggregate, brick pavers & natural stone.
Duties include providing labor at exterior restoration projects at multiple locations, operating pressure washer, loading & unloading job materials, applying cleaners & sealers, maintaining a high-level of quality work & customer service, customer face-to-face interactions, driving company truck & attached enclosed trailer.
Requires good physical fitness and ability to lift & load materials & equipment 50-75 lbs on a daily basis.
Must maintain an excellent attitude to create a positive work environment & work culture. Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions is necessary such as rain, wind & extreme heat.
Most surfaces are horizontal. May occasionally climb ladders & work off elevated surfaces. May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.
Must posses & maintain a drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on driving record in past 3 years.
Must have own transportation to commute to our facility in Pontiac, MI every scheduled work day on time or early.
