Shift Availability:
Full time or Part time day shift. Weekend work is necessary with incentives.

Job Description:
We are a Surf Shop & e-commerce store located in Carlsbad, California seeking a responsible individual who enjoys an active lifestyle and stimulating job. This position involves a combination of Warehouse responsibilities including packing, printing, and shipping plus customer service duties on the retail floor. Knowledge of the surf industry is a major plus.

Compensation:
$17-18

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ship outgoing orders across multiple online platforms.
- Unload, unpack, and properly store merchandise in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Product quality control and customization.
- Retail service and assistance for walk-in customers including sales and rentals.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar role is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of surf culture, equipment, and related products is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move large items and stand for extended periods of time.
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning shipping and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
