Surfing Crab Escondido is a full service seafood restaurant and is looking for a full/part time Server to work. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an excellent experience
• Take orders, pay out of pocket, and process payments
• Answer phones and respond to complaints
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• Check in and out of clients, greet each guest upon arrival
• Coordinate food and beverage orders with the kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly station
• Attend to client needs and respond to complaints
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Maintain professional appearance and attitude

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Server
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
