Chiropractic and Laser Therapy Assistant and Front Desk Concierge

We are seeking two dedicated, friendly, team-oriented individuals to join our growing chiropractic and laser clinic in Surfside Beach. One position is for Front Desk Concierge and the other is to be our Chiropractic Assistant (doing physical therapy and laser therapy). No prior experience is required, although it is preferred—we are happy to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

Assist with physical therapy and laser treatments under guidance. All training and national certifications are provided.

Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing patient inquiries and concerns.

Availability to attend occasional special events outside of clinic hours (paid).

Preferred Experience:

Front desk or administrative work

Computer skills

Working in a healthcare facility

For the therapy and laser position, experience is a bonus, but not a requirement, as we will provide all training.

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
