Team Lead/Supervisor
Surge Adventure Park is a cutting-edge entertainment, fitness, and sports facility. Our venue is a family-oriented entertainment facility for social outings, intense workouts, and AWESOME birthday parties for everyone of all ages.
At Surge we strive to create a fun, friendly, and safe environment with providing exceptional customer service through several structured and unstructured leisure activities for patrons of all ages.
We are looking for a Lead/Manager to oversee all staff, and operations of the local business unit. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, and productive, while also ensuring that our guest will come in and enjoy their time in our facility.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Greeting guest as the enter the facility.
- Focus on overall guest total enjoyment.
- check on party parents about party experience.
- Hosting and organizing, focus on overall park presentation and cleanliness.
- assist in nightly closing procedures.
- closing out daily deposits.
- assist GM/AGM with maintaining staff and staff trainings.
- Enforcing company culture.
- policy and procedures, enforcing cleaning procedures, & presenting a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Maintaining Inventory & supplies.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Customer Service/ Leadership Skills
