Utility Technician

Job Summary:

Surge Adventure Parks is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Utility Technician to ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our facility. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for guests and staff. The Utility Technician will be responsible for general cleaning, waste management, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of all areas, including restrooms, play zones, common areas, and party rooms.
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Ensure all high-touch surfaces and equipment are sanitized regularly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down special events and seasonal decorations.
• Respond promptly to cleaning or minor maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Support staff in keeping the facility organized and presentable for guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
