Key Responsibilities : Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across products.Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is in line with the vision and specifications.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.Requirements : Adaptable and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn.Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred.Nice to have : Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software is a plus.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
