Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Worker is an integral part of the administrative team, assisting management with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves providing organizational support through tasks such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to management and team members. Tasks may include scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and other clerical duties as required.
Ordering and Inventory Management: Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Ensure that supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary to prevent shortages.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Maintain and update records, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible.
Filing and Documentation: Organize, file, and retrieve physical or electronic documents as needed. Ensure that all records are properly stored and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Customer and Visitor Interaction: Greet visitors and customers in a professional and cheerful manner. Assist with inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure visitors are directed appropriately.
Communication Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages promptly and professionally. Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
Data Management and Reporting: Assist in compiling reports, tracking metrics, and entering information into software systems. Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to complete tasks efficiently. Provide administrative support for ongoing projects or new initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
