Shift Availability:
- AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- PM Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Create and update reports as required
- Document and manage important data
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure timely reporting
- Perform on-site tasks as directed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in [insert languages, e.g., English and Spanish]
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle data and generate reports accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
