Job Title : DOT Inspector – 2nd Shift
Location : Lima, OH
Shift : 2nd Shift (3 : 00 PM until completed)
Hourly Rate : $21.00 per hour
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DOT Inspector Labor to join our team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing essential maintenance to ensure that all commercial motor vehicles meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for safe operation on public roadways. This role includes performing annual inspections, installing annual inspection stickers, and maintaining yard, facility vehicles, and heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform necessary maintenance and inspections to ensure commercial motor vehicles are in compliance with DOT safety regulations.
- Conduct annual vehicle inspections and ensure annual inspection stickers are installed correctly.
- Perform maintenance on yard vehicles, facility vehicles, and heavy machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest safety standards, meeting all necessary legal requirements.
- Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of quality.
