Job Overview :
As a General Laborer, you will assist with various tasks in the production area, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting the team in building top-quality products. This role involves physical labor and teamwork to help with assembly, packaging, material handling, and general shop duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the assembly of campground and park products by following instructions and procedures.
- Handle, move, and organize materials to support the production process.
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
- Support team members in other production-related tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
